Chocolate That Is Good For You? – AntiOx Product Review

Ok so I cannot live without chocolate. I have tried and I just cannot. The harder I try to kick it, the more I crave it.

Today I inhaled a packet of Jaffa Cakes, but that is because I didn’t have any AntiOx left. Note To Self. Must replace.

I was sent some AntiOx bars and blocks of chocolate to review. They disappeared very quickly. My house is full of snots and coughs and that is the last thing I need. So I did what all chocoholics would do. Hit those AntiOx bars with gusto. I selfishly did not share one bit of it either.

Fact : I still do not have the snots and coughs despite there being a distinct sniff of man flu about the house.

Fact : Unlike superfruit juices which claim to harness the goodness of fruits such as Acai and Goji but actually only contain 0.01% of the fruit, AntiOx Snack Bars and Chocolate have significant levels of antioxidants – to improve the immune system and overall sense of wellbeing. Infact, an 80 g block of AntiOx chocolate has an antioxidant hit equivalent to twelve cups of green tea.

Fact : I downed that 80g block in just over a day….

Fact : AntiOx products are made using 70% cocoa, sugar free dark chocolate – an ingredient that on its own contains very high levels of antioxidants and imparts numerous health benefits. Excess calories are eliminated by removing the sugar and using natural, plant-based sweetener, stevia instead.

So guess what? Seeing that I know you love chocolate too, I have 3 Anti Ox packs to giveaway to 3 lucky readers each containing 5 AntiOx products.

OOHHH! Chocolate is my obsession. Numerous times per day – a little snack here and there and then ‘one for the road’. Here is my ode to this delectable goodness!

Savour the smooth, rich chocolate sensation
The most decadent treat, a true celebration.
    That tantalising, rapturous, luxurious taste.
AntiOx Chocolate , I could truly embrace.

No more guilty thoughts or feeling bad.
The antioxidant goodness, a healthy diet I can have
At any time, with a cuppa or a quick treat,
I can’t escape that taste so sweet.

Life is too short to ponder why.
    Treat yourself and say goodbye
To other desires, you need just one.
Chocolate that is good for you – this can’t be outdone!

Oh you know how much I love chocolate and if this one is actually good for me, lets go for it!!!

  • Michelle18 June, 2013 at 7:58 pm

I love chocolate. I did manage to cut it out for a while when health kicking but it was HARD!
I have been known to make chocolate icing just so I could have a chocolate hit.

Having discovered sugar free chocolates I must say I’m a convert.
    And the Anti-Ox….. Even BETTER!
I would love to win this to remind me of why it is so much better than other chocolate.
