This Is A Sponsored Post.

As you know I am one hell of a busy lady.  I wouldn’t have it any other way, but yikes does it take it’s toll on me at times.

Currently due to my need to get my little passion/business off the ground, I am sometimes working 16 hour days , in and around my kids, just to keep pushing the work out as well as gather new gigs.

On those days, my screen time is enough to send the experts off to write reports on how not to run a business!  But it’s sooo unavoidable.

As much as I can, I get up from my chair throughout my days to stretch, look away, go for a walk, make a cuppa, hang some washing, take long hard stares out from the clothes line dreaming of a beach somewhere, then notice the guinea pigs are out and therefore then end up running about catching them, yahdee yahhee yahdaa…(you know how my life goes hey? )

However, my tired eyes always end up hampering my progress and I know it is directly associated with being in front of screen for too many hours despite my many breaks.   It isn’t about losing my vision though don’t get me wrong, it is just my eyes are exhausted, a little dry and can I say uncomfy?

The logical answer to this is to go to bed earlier, rest my eyes, relax my body.  I KNOW. But you just can’t do that when you are starting off in the tough world of small business.  So much to do.  And neither can you when you have a young family, a job and a house to keep.  I am sure you can relate.

So it is with great pleasure that I get the opportunity  today to share with you the Optrex ActiMist™ Eye Spray for Tired & Uncomfortable Eyes.  The spray provides instant relief for tired eye symptoms  for up to 4 hours and replenishes the eyes natural moisture layer moisturising the skin around them.

Optrex Refreshing Eye Drops for tired eyes is enriched with natural plant extracts to help refresh, soothe and revitalise tired and uncomfortable eyes and the drops are suitable for everyday use.

Do you suffer from tired eyes too?  Maybe even when you have had plenty of sleep but maybe too much screen time?
