Today I wanted to share with you a little bit of online research I have been doing on Online Fitness Programs. I came across one online program accidentally (Yoogaia) last week and it got me thinking about how hard I found exercising when my kids were babies and I was housebound. (By choice of course, but only because it was a mammoth task in often getting out the front door.)
With the internet bringing the entire universe into our homes these days, it makes sense that we now have options to choose and partake in online fitness programs and classes when it suits us. Making staying fit even easier. Especially for Mums who may find working out in their lounge rooms or backyards much easier than formal workout classes or going to the gym.
Now lets face it, some of us just don’t want to socialise some days (PICK ME), and even more so, the thought of getting respectful enough to enter a formal class can be a task just considering it! So let me share with you now, some of the online fitness programs I have found and think maybe just what all of us Mother Ducks need to keep us fit and healthy.

DailyBurn is a comprehensive online fitness program that incorporates workout routines with diet plans. Once signed up you get customised workout plans, exercise schedules and regular reminders. DailyBurn also has a great blog to help keep you motivated.
Daily Burn is available on your laptop, phone, tablet,tv or xbox so can be accessed wherever and whenever you have an internet connection.
Let me first tell you that I love Yoogaia. I am still in my 7 day trial but considering seriously about continuing on my membership. With Yoogaia, you can take part in live yoga classes or playback recordings anytime you like.
The live classes don’t really suit me as they are on extremely early in the morning (around 3 am-5am) and later in the day around 3pm. (Classes are streamed from London. Finland and Hong Kong) So I have been playing back the recordings at my leisure when I need a break from work.
A monthly membership costs $30, but very value worthy if you manage a couple of classes a week.

Free! Not much more I need to say about that really. Because free is awesome. Especially when being a stay at home Mum can mean a strict budget. With workout outs for Postnatal Slim Downs and Core Meltdowns, this You Tube Channel is fast becoming a favourite of mine.
Free! So no excuses. Get onto it~!
